On 27 February 2025, the Case Law 2024–2025: Key Cases Pravo.ru conference was held. The conference highlights the striking, memorable and even sensational, litigation cases of the previous year.
Alexey Yadykin, Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution and Arbitration at Stonebridge Legal, spoke at the Top International Litigation Cases session on the liability of Russian subsidiary banks for the obligations of foreign parent companies, current trends, and grounds for joint liability of Russian subsidiaries, and also analysed the case of Credit Suisse in detail.
