Andrey Dontsov previously headed the corporate and M&A practice of the Moscow office of White & Case, where he specialised in M&A and joint ventures in energy and natural resources, finance, digital, media and telecommunications industries. He has advised on many landmark transactions in the Russian market and has been recognised as one of the top corporate and M&A lawyers in Russia by major international legal rankings. Andrey is also the author of a special course on Mergers and Acquisitions taught in the top law schools in Moscow. Prior to joining White & Case, Andrey also worked at other leading international law firms.
