Konstantin has spent the bulk of his career working in the Moscow and London offices of Freshfields. In addition, he worked at Credit Suisse in London, where he focused on corporate and finance deals in developing markets, was head of legal Renaissance Capital and head of the Russian practice at Simmons & Simmons, and served as deputy legal director at Renova Group. Furthermore, from 2010 to 2011, Konstantin led a group of lawyers who developed amendments to the RF Civil Code and is himself responsible for many key innovations designed to modernise the regulation of commercial relations in Russia.
