Pavel Koutovoi specialises in corporate and financial transactions, including corporate and debt restructuring, financing transactions and securities issue. In addition, he has extensive experience in advising on a wide range of regulatory issues and interacting with regulatory bodies, representing the interests of the largest Russian banks and other financial institutions. Pavel's career that spans over 20 years includes working at leading international and Russian law and consulting firms, including Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
