On 23 June 2026, the Russia M&A Awards ceremony took place as a part of the XVI Russian M&A Congress: White Nights 2026, organised by the information and analytical portal PREQVECA.
Stonebridge Legal was named the winner in the Media Deal of the Year category for advising the online cinema platform Wink – a joint venture between Rostelecom and National Media Group —on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of the online cinema platform “Smotreshka.”
