Stonebridge Legal announces appointment of new CEO

From 1 May 2026, partner Roman Prudentov has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of Stonebridge Legal as part of a planned leadership rotation. The decision reflects the firm’s commitment to management succession and long-term institutional development.

In this role, Roman succeeds Dmitry Pozin, who led the firm for almost four years. Under Dmitry’s leadership, the firm established key business and operational processes, ensuring its stable development and the further strengthening of its market position. Dmitry will continue to work as a partner, focusing on the development of the firm’s client practice.

Roman Prudentov has been working in the legal profession since 2011. Prior to joining Stonebridge Legal, he worked in the Moscow office of Freshfields. Following the founding of Stonebridge Legal by a team of partners and lawyers who previously worked at Freshfields, Roman continued his career with the firm and is currently a partner. Alongside his new management role, he will maintain an active client practice.

Commenting on his appointment, Roman said:

“I believe the firm has everything it needs to further strengthen its position: a strong team, accumulated experience, long-term client relationships, and a high level of professional expertise. Among my key priorities are operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of client service, and developing the most promising areas of the business.”

The firm’s partners expressed confidence that Roman’s appointment will ensure continuity in the firm’s management approach and support its further development.
