Stonebridge Legal announces the launch of an Employment Law and Data Protection practice led by Counsel Denis Bushnev. The newly established practice shows our commitment to providing clients with high quality, comprehensive legal services while solving the most complex business matters.
Denis Bushnev is a recognised expert in data protection and employment law. Prior to joining Stonebridge Legal, Denis spent over 14 years working for major international law firms. His professional experience includes working with companies from various industries, including IT and GameTech, pharmaceuticals, energy, engineering and industrial production, sports and cyber sports.
We are also pleased to announce a new addition to Stonebridge Legal’s Dispute Resolution and Real Estate, PPP and Infrastructure practices:
- Vladimir Kostsov has joined us as Counsel in the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration practice. Vladimir holds a PhD in Law, is an active lecturer at the National Research University Higher School of Economics, has authored many academic articles and acts as an arbitrator in construction disputes, including in the nuclear industry.
Vladimir specialises in commercial and investment arbitration, as well as in dispute resolution in state courts. Vladimir’s extensive experience includes defending the interests of international and Russian clients in various industries, including construction and real estate. - Ilya Kiselev has joined the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration practice as an Associate. Prior to joining Stonebridge Legal, Ilya worked at a prominent law firm specialising in dispute resolution.
Ilya has extensive experience supporting clients in Russian courts and international commercial arbitration, including representing clients in disputes under SCC and ICC rules. Ilya has successfully handled finance, bankruptcy and construction disputes, as well as disputes initiated by the Federal Customs Service. - Valeria Mikhailova has joined the Real Estate, PPP and Infrastructure Projects practice as an Associate. Valeria previously worked for a large construction holding and specialises in real estate, construction and land law.
