Anna Venediktova, Counsel, has joined Stonebridge Legal in light of the firm’s plans to further strengthen its M&A and project finance capabilities as the firm’s key practice areas.
Prior to joining Stonebridge Legal, Anna worked at the Far East and Arctic Region Development Fund as a Vice-President, overseeing the legal team supporting the Fund’s investment projects, as well as at a number of international law firms, including Freshfields. Anna has extensive experience advising on M&A and finance deals in various sectors, including transport and infrastructure, mining, manufacturing and agriculture.
