Andrey Mironov has joined us as counsel and head of the Real Estate, PPP and Infrastructure Projects practice.
Andrey has been known over 10 years as a highly regarded expert specialising in PPPs, infrastructure and real estate projects. Prior to joining Stonebridge Legal, Andrey worked at major international law firms, including Freshfields, as well as at the National PPP Centre and VEB.RF.
Andrey’s extensive experience in PPPs, large infrastructure and real estate projects, combined with our team of experts supporting landmark concession and infrastructure projects, will enable the firm’s clients to receive comprehensive legal support and expertise on matters of any complexity, including industrial, infrastructure and transport projects, as well as project financing for infrastructure and real estate projects.
Kirill Rakov, senior associate, has joined the Finance and Capital markets practices. Kirill has extensive experience in advising on landmark finance and bond transactions, public and private equity offerings, as well as in digital financial assets issuance.
Kirill has advised on more than 100 public and private equity and bond offerings, including structured products, as well as more than 170 issues of digital financial assets. Kirill’s professional experience includes work at well-known Russian law firms, Unicredit Bank and Interfax Agency.
Artem Sergei joined our Corporate/M&A practice as an associate. Previously, Artem worked at a major Russian law firm and in the legal department of a large financial and industrial group. Artem specialises in M&A, joint ventures, general corporate law and subsoil use matters.
