Stonebridge Legal has announced new appointments that come into effect on 1 August 2023.
Roman Prudentov has been appointed as a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Finance & Banking practices. The appointment reflects Roman’s high level of professionalism, as well as his significant contribution to the development of Stonebridge Legal.
Iskander Binashev has been appointed to lead our Infrastructure, Construction and PPP practice. This decision reflects Iskander’s role in our firm and the high recognition of his professional qualities by his colleagues and clients.
Olga Kovtunova has been promoted to senior associate in our Antitrust and Regulatory practice. For many years, Olga has helped our clients successfully navigate antitrust, foreign investment and other regulatory matters.
