In the FMCG sector, the deal involving the Magnit Group’s acquisition of a majority stake in the Azbuka Vkusa retail chain was highlighted. As a result of this transaction, Magnit consolidated 172 premium segment stores with a total area of 100.4 thousand square metres and five production facilities, making it one of the most significant Russian retail deals of 2025.
Furthermore, the ranking included Stonebridge Legal’s project to prepare the corporate structure and shareholder agreement for the Moscow–St Petersburg high-speed rail construction project. This project represents the largest transport concession in Russia, with an investment volume exceeding 2.3 trillion roubles, and will significantly impact the development of the country’s transport infrastructure.
“We are proud of our clients’ trust and are delighted to work with them on the most complex and ambitious projects. It is doubly gratifying that our work is also highly valued by the professional community” said Dmitry Pozin, CEO and Partner at Stonebridge Legal.
