Alexey Yadykin is a partner in the dispute resolution practice. He specialises in arbitration, court proceedings, regulatory issues and internal investigations, in a wide range of sectors, including energy, metals and mining, transport and logistics, banking, technology and the media.
Alexey graduated with honours from the Moscow State Law University (MGYuA) in 2000. He worked for major Russian law firms, for one of the leading international law firms and for Freshfields. Alexey speaks fluent English.
Alexey has been a member of the working group of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the development of new arbitration legislation, adopted in late 2015. He has published extensively on the arbitration reform in international legal media and co-authored the Russian Arbitration Association’s comprehensive commentary to the new legislation published in 2017. Alexey is also a full member of the Russian Arbitration Association (RAA).
